St. Francis 5K Walk/Run

The St. Francis 5K Walk/Run resumed after an eight year hiatus on October 15, 9AM with a new USATF-certified course. The course traversed the rural western portions of Wakefield, beginning/ending on Winter St. near Willard Ave. Merchandise prizes went to the top 2 male and female runners in each of 5 age group categories with a $100 cash prize to the first overall male and female finisher.
